However, all service quotations, schedules, and timelines are subject to availability, technical assessments, and on-site conditions.  We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or decline service requests in cases where safety or feasibility may be compromised.

3. Quotations and Payments

All quotations provided are based on the information you supply and are valid for a limited period stated in the quote.  Payments must be made according to the agreed terms before or upon service completion unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional fees or service delays.

4. Warranties and Liability

Our services come with workmanship warranties where applicable. Warranty coverage does not include damages caused by misuse, third-party interference, natural wear and tear, or acts of nature.  While we take every precaution to ensure quality and safety, Biljonin shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use, delays, or unforeseen issues.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate details and ensuring site accessibility for our technicians. Any additional work resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information may incur extra charges.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made without sufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, and logos—is the property of Biljonin and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
